Size of 4 to 6 meters. Cup and pyramidal evergreen. Its leaves are glossy and dark green. Flowers in the months of spring and the fruits are composed of up to 5 kg, which ripen from September to January.
Rapid development.
The species is cultivated in almost all tropical regions of Brazil, the fruits are consumed in natura in the form of juice, being widely marketed throughout the country. It spreads by seed.
